Sonya oversees office administration and technology support by working closely with clients to offer back-office support and account management. She is also a licensed practical nurse and, due to her own unique experience with visual challenges, assists clients who have vision impairments.
Through close collaboration with investment companies, Sonya oversees client-account processes, prepares, and tracks paperwork on new account openings and asset transfers. She also addresses client account questions and needs.
